Dr. Senders and Associates, Inc. retained UD, Ltd. to provide architectural design services for their new pediatric offices.
The new 19,000 s.f. building provides space for multiple pediatric care facilities- Dr. Senders and Associates, Pediatrics, GUIDE parent education program, University Hospital’s center for Pediatric Rehabilitation and Kids N’ Cures Pharmacy
Our design intent, given the residential site, was to create a large Tudor Style “Medical Residence” with a 2.5 story lobby atrium featuring a 16 foot interactive ‘Treehouse’ with connecting slide.
