We were afforded the opportunity to take a community eyesore – Former BP Service Station – and transformed it into a community asset. The new Custom Clothier utilized every square inch of the former service station, to the point we were allowed to extend the building twenty feet to the north- which was a monumental feat to accomplish within a City of Cleveland.
